Clarice Bean, That's Me!

This picture book is about Clarice Bean and her family. She has an annoying little brother called Minal Cricket, a love-girl sister called Marcie, an older brother called Kurt and a crazy grandfather who pours soup on his cornflakes instead of milk. I like her because she has a pet fish and she eats spaghetti and cupcakes.

I like reading it because it's funny. I really like Marcie because she is funny. The pictures, that Lauren Child drew, are really nice and she makes the words different shapes and sizes.

I think that four-year-olds, five-year-olds, six-year-olds, seven-year-olds and eight-year-olds should read it.
