The Three Little Princesses

I really like princesses because I like Ariel. If you like princesses, you'll like this book. Phoebe, Pruella and Pip are princesses who have ponies and go to parties. They have to find the key to help their magic clock (time machine) to tell the time properly.

This book is great, it's really exciting! It's perfect for five year-old girls who are just learning to read, especially if they love princesses!

A dog called GRK

Tim, a boy from London, finds a dog on the way home from school. His owners are in prison, in a country called Stanislavia, and Grk wants to see them. Tim dreads what he has to do. He must fly to Stanislavia, trick his way in to piloting a helicopter, liberate Grk's owners, Max and Natascha Raffifi, from prison and escape (Tim finds) with the help of the British ambassador's secretary, Miranda.

I like this book cause it shows the importance of friendship and the need for helping but also of courage and bravery. Joshua Doder has what kids want AND what they need all in ONE book!!

Join these nail-biting high-octane adventures with a dog called GRK!! Touching, crazy and smart, A DOG CALLED GRK is ideal for 8- to 11-year-olds! 10/10

Clarice Bean, That's Me!

This picture book is about Clarice Bean and her family. She has an annoying little brother called Minal Cricket, a love-girl sister called Marcie, an older brother called Kurt and a crazy grandfather who pours soup on his cornflakes instead of milk. I like her because she has a pet fish and she eats spaghetti and cupcakes.

I like reading it because it's funny. I really like Marcie because she is funny. The pictures, that Lauren Child drew, are really nice and she makes the words different shapes and sizes.

I think that four-year-olds, five-year-olds, six-year-olds, seven-year-olds and eight-year-olds should read it.

There are other good picture books with Clarice Bean: "My Uncle is a Hunkle, says Clarice Bean" and "What Planet are You from Clarice Bean?"

Friska, My Friend by Patricia St John

FRISKA, MY FRIEND is about a boy, called Colin, and a dog, who Colin calls Friska. They live on a farm, near a village. In the beginning of Autumn, Friska suddenly goes missing! It's up to Colin, with the Vicar's help, to find Friska, wich leads to some hair-raising adventures!

What I really think is important is the following BIBLE verse: The Lord says "Don't be afraid, I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name; you are mine" (Isaiah 43:1). I also like Friska and Colin's friendship, which I also think's important.

I think children with dogs should read this great book. I think it's a great book for six-, seven- and eight-year-olds.

My Naughty Little Sister by Dorothy Edwards

This story is about a girl who's always getting into trouble. She's got red hair and a friend, Bad Harry. The story is told by her big sister.

It's a funny story where she goes on lots of adventures. It's told in chapters which are like short stories. I really like the pictures, Shirley Hughes is a really good picture drawer.

I think this book should be read by six to ten year-olds.
